Los paisajes despejados, abiertos, solitarios, son captados con gran sutileza por Emilia. Su riqueza cromática y su trazo suelto marcan una naturaleza con carácter que no nos dejan indiferentes ante la obra. Nos muestra lo que la naturaleza ha dejado de forma indeleble en su recuerdo, creando momentos de fugacidad donde la realidad presentida, junto con la imagen realmente captada, contribuyen a mostrarnos la condición lírica que remansa en sus obras.
